Residential Mold Damage

Residential Mold Remediation San Diego

This was a residential mold damage job in San Diego. We were originally called in due to visible water damage in the home, but after further inspection we found significant mold damage behind the kitchen cabinets. We immediately used a plastic barrier to seal off the affected area from the rest of the house, this contains the mold and prevents it from being cross contaminated. Once this was in place, we used a piece of equipment called an air scrubber which uses a HEPA filter as well as set-up negative air pressure inside the containment.  Our water and mold experts handled the water and mold damage by removing all the porous materials,  and treating and drying the non porous materials.
