Residential Fire Soot and Smoke Cleanup San Diego

These photos show the before and after (pre-construction) of a residential fire soot and smoke cleanup job at a residential home in San Diego, CA. This was an electrical fire in one of the bedrooms of the home. Thankfully, the family was not home at the time of the fire and no one was injured. 

The damage was extensive and required a significant amount of demolition and cleaning to get it ready for construction. The state we left the house in is what we call "pre-construction ready". We worked closely with the homeowner, insurance, and the homeowner's contractor to ensure a very smooth process.
