On a Monday morning last month we got a call from a building engineer at a medical facility building in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego who had come into work Monday morning to find significant water damage from a supply line leak on the third floor, affecting units all the way down to the ground level.

Our team was onsite within an hour setting up temporary power (the generator that we personally own), as well as handling water extraction and dehumidifier equipment setup. 

This photo shows the "during" process of the job, where we had to do some demolition throughout the building, though we saved as many materials as we could. This shows a section of drywall that we had to remove, as well as our drying equipment to dry the wood framing.

The building engineer was incredibly pleased with the level of service and attention our team paid to his building, and even called us 2 weeks later when they had another very small water damage issue, thankfully for them.
