Our customers absolutely love putting faces to names, and with that in mind, we decided to start a fun new series where we do little interviews with our team members! First up is Tawny!

1.) What is your job title and what do you do?

My name is Tawny Hinkley. I am the office manager here at SERVPRO. My responsibilities include payroll, human resources, overseeing job files, and audits. I do anything and everything the team needs help with!

2.) What do you love most about your job?

I have been with SERVPRO since the very beginning in 2015! I started working out of Ben and Lisa’s house. I love the family-like atmosphere. Ialso really enjoy the challenges. It’s always exciting and no day is the same.

3.) What's your favorite place in the world?

I love the beaches of Cabo San Lucas! It’s so relaxing and so beautiful!

Tawny is actually our first employee and has been with us since the VERY beginning.  We are so grateful to her for her incredible friendship, and not to mention for keeping the boat afloat!
