Here is SERVPRO of San Diego City SW Business Development Rep, Michael Lu, pictured with his wife in Hawaii.

Our customers absolutely love putting faces to names, and with that in mind, we decided to start a fun new series where we do little interviews with our team members! 

Learn more about our Business Development Rep, Michael Lu.  Michael is a former insurance claims adjuster, as well as former SERVPRO franchise owner, so he's incredibly well-versed in all things insurance and flood damage related.

1.) What is your job title and what do you do?

My name is Michael Lu. I am the Business Development Representative here at SERVPRO. My responsibilities are tohelp increase sales in any way I can, marketing, inspections,
events, QA, and everything and anything in-between!

2.) What do you love most about your job?

I love the diversity here at SERVPRO and the opportunity to meet people.

3.) What's your favorite place in the world?

My favorite place in the world is Hawaii.
