Commercial Water Damage in City Heights, San Diego

This photo shows the before and after of a water cleanup job in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego. This was a multi-unit apartment commercial property that had a pipe burst in a unit located above the laundry room.

The water leaked through the flooring into the ceiling above this laundry room. Per best practice, SERVPRO of San Diego City SW technicians removed the wet ceiling drywall, the wet flooring, and some additional affected materials.
